Maintenance Planner (m/f/d)

Duration: 12 MM++
Main tasks:
- Ensures all prerequisites are set up for execution of maintenance interventions
- Ensures availabilty of spare parts based on maintenance schedule
- Identifies new spare parts and creates their master data in the CMMS
- Inspects working areas, coordinates scaffolding & preparation of tools
- Supports technicians by extracting information from equipment documentation or contacting vendors
- Defines estimated hours & ressources per intervention
- Acts as point of contact for manufacturing/engineering/commissioning to support their needs for maintenance related topic
Main qualifications
- Apprenticeship in technical related field, such as Mechanic, Electrican, Mechatronics
- Good technical understanding
- Good command in english, german would be a plus
- Able to manage and organize various tasks simultaneously
- Experience in working in a GMP environment as well as working with CMMS systems would be an advantage
- Strong skills in MS office products
