Description:
Maintenance Planner
The Maintenance Planner ensures and supports the full preparation of all maintenance activities
- work closely with scheduling to ensure all prerequisites are set up for execution of maintenance interventions
- ensure availability of spare parts based on maintenance schedule
- identify new spare parts and creates their master data in the CMMS
- inspect working areas, coordinates scaffolding & preparation of tools
- support technicians by extracting information from equipment documentation or contacting vendors
- define estimated hours & resources per intervention
- act as point of contact for manufacturing/engineering/commissioning to support their needs for maintenance related topic
Requirements:
Good technical understanding, deep knowledge of technical equipment & associated spare parts
Good command in English, German would be a plus
Able to manage and organize various tasks simultaneously
Experience in working in a GMP environment as well as working with CMMS systems would be an advantage
Strong skills in MS office products, experience in CMMS Maximo or Infor would be a plus
Education:
Apprenticeship in technical related field, such as Mechanic, Electrician, Mechatronics
Experienced/senior technicians or junior engineers
