SharePoint Support Analyst vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the financial sector.Your tasks:
- Handling incidents and resolving end user SharePoint issues
- Tracking the support queue on a daily basis and managing escalations from Level 1 support
- Identify functional gaps between the business requirements and potential solutions
Your experience/knowledge:
- 5+ years of experience with SharePoint and Online, including the ability to solve Farm level problems
- Expertise in Document Management features of SharePoint
- Experience with SharePoint Level 2 support and business user interaction
- Sound knowledge of SharePoint's site permission models
- Excellent Office client skills and how they interact with SharePoint
Your soft skills:
- Ability to speak a technical language with non-technical users
- Outstanding communication skills
