Product Owner
I am currently supporting our big client from the finance environment located in Zurich. We are looking for a Product Owner to support us for the next 6 months with opportunity of extension(s). The ideal candidate would be a person with a similar previous experience and fluent English.
General information:
* Start date: ASAP (at least 15.01.2022)
* Duration: 6 months with extension
* Work amount: 100%
* Work location: Zurich or 100% Remote
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Develop a product vision in collaboration with the Product Area Lead
* Partner with stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate them into the product backlog
* Work closely with internal and external SaaS and cloud engineers, solution architects and business analysts in the squad to design and deliver product improvements
* Prioritise work items from the backlog, set the sprint goals and participate in agile events
* Maximise the product value and take ownership of the corresponding budget
* Define outcome-based metrics and measure the value built
* Co-lead the squad together with the Scrum Master and technical Chapter Leads and foster an agile mentality
* Collaborate with the Group Technology Services on their strategy, share best practices with other teams and influence technology decisions.
Profile:
* A university degree in IT, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification
* 10+ years of practical experience with SaaS solutions, Cloud technology and the ITIL framework
* Detailed, multi-year experience with Scrum or similar agile methodologies in a Product Owner role
* Outstanding communication skills and emotional intelligence.
* Strong analytical skills
* A passion to lead people in your squad with your interpersonal skills, through listening, inspiring, encouraging as well as giving/receiving feedback
