Title: Azure Cloud Engineer
Contract length: 12 months (extension expected)
Starting date: ASAP
Location: Basel
Your tasks:
- Take responsibilities in automation and transformation projects across a diverse technology stack, with a focus on Microsoft Azure
- Support efforts to replace manual effort with infrastructure- and configuration-as-code
- Implement and maintain core Azure infrastructure services including but not limited to: virtual networks, storage, compute services, DNS, VPN, Firewall etc.
- Develop and deploy scalable, available, and reliable services on premise and the Cloud
- Apply Agile and DevOps practices within Infrastructure and Operations
Your skills:
- Hands-on experience with several core Azure technologies, including IaaS and PaaS services
- Proven experience with automation in an Azure environment
- Solid experience with Infrastructure and Configuration as Code using relevant tools and techniques, essentially with Terraform, Ansible and/or GIT
- Proficiency with Scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python or Bash
