For our customer a big pharmaceutical company in Basel we are looking for a highly qualified Flow Cytometry Specialist

The new Flow Cytometry Center of Excellence (CoE) will increase collaboration, develop knowledge sharing and increase efficiency across the extensive flow cytometry community in pRED.
Tasks & Responsibilities
* Assist the CoE team with all aspects of operations and maintenance, including daily QC, monitoring of instrument performance and troubleshooting
* Perform high quality sorting and analysis for and together with collaborators across pRED
* Collaborate with customers from across pRED and manage instrument utilization
* Support colleagues with a wide range of backgrounds by assisting with demonstrations and trainings
* Be compliant with data management and backup
* Contribute to panel and assay development
Must haves:
* Min. Biology apprenticeship or higher academic scientific qualification (e.g. Bsc/MSc degree in Biology/ Biochemistry/ Physicist, PhD candidates)
* Min. 1-3 year of experience working with flow cytometers
* Work experience from a Biology lab environment
* Experience in flow cytometry analysis software (FlowJo), gSuite is a plus
* English fluency, German is a plus
* Experience with GC, IC, Karl Fischer, Titration, hardness, disintegration is a plus
Nice to haves:
* Experience with cell sorting
* Good understanding of biology
* Enjoy working collaboratively and training and supporting others
* Motivated to organize your own work, take initiative and actively identify solutions and opportunities
