Test Automation Manager Vacancy requiring profound Tosca/Selenium knowledge for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.Your experience/skills:
- Several years of professional work experience as an Test Automation Manager the financial industry
- Proficiency in using Tosca including the features API, OSV, TDM, DEX and Tosca connect in addition to strong Tosca administration, License server and troubleshooting knowledge
- Long term test automation experience with Selenium / Cucumber Automation FW including API testing (REST, CURL); good JIRA-XRAY and JIRA API experience
- Relevant Test Management or Test Engineering experience with ISTQB standards along with long term experience in test case design and test data management: strong Java knowledge is required
- Experience with BDD frameworks and automated mobile testing also familiarity with Selenium GRID, Jenkins, GIT and continuous integration
- University degree in Computer Science or in a relevant field combined with Tosca Specialist certification
- Languages: English and German, fluent in written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Defining the appropriate test techniques for test automation as well as consolidating test sets, test data and static data, test automation concept, best practices, methods in addition to defining and maintaining interfaces between the used test tool
- Providing support for Tosca and Selenium / Cucumber Framework while supporting projects to define the test automation approach and coordinating with stakeholder
- Overseeing Tosca and Selenium / Cucumber Framework while maintaining, bug fixing, upgrading and extending as well as designing Tosca keywords and Special Execution Tasks
- Implementing of existing custom controls and keywords in Tosca, new Test Steps and Functions (Annotations) needed for the (Given/When/Then) test steps
- Analyzing Application under test for the page elements and registering them in Page Objects while establishing nightly runs for regression testing combined with nightly builds
- Performing API testing using Rest Assured or similar library as well as updating Jira with execution results automatically trough the JIRA API
