We are supporting our client, a insurance in Zurich, by finding a Workstream Lead Solution Architecture & Tech.Tasks
- Coordination of the resources of the SMEs M365 GOSP, Identity / Network, IT Security, Integration and Testing, M365 Solution Architect.
- Ensure that the optimal solution or solution variants for the transition from Microsoft Office 2016 on-prem to an M365 hybrid cloud are created with the given external providers based on the requirements and initial situation.
- Ensure that the required services for the MVP implementation of M365 and the rollout of M365 Desktop and Online (incl. Teams) are identified.
- Ensure that for all these services there are clear requirements and instructions for the realisation of the MVP.
- Ensure that the selected solution concepts correspond to the like-for-like approach and at the same time optimally support future expansion steps (rollout at the user) of the M365 cloud services.
- Identify, set up, run and validate pilots of the M365 services during the design phase, if possible.
- Reporting the status to the Project Manager Integration and the project management.
- If required, participate in contract negotiations with an external provider for M365 services, bringing in the required technical expertise for M365.
- Supporting the overall project manager and/or the project manager integration with technical M365 know-how.
- Expected deliverables - Validated solution concept for the transition from Microsoft Office 2016 on-prem to an M365 hybrid cloud.
- Overview of the MVP-relevant services (at least: Microsoft Teams, Exchange Online), including findings from the piloting of the services.
- Validated and approved new service contracts for the M365 services with the external providers.
Requirements
- Practical experience from similar migration projects (on-prem to hybrid cloud) in a company subordinate to FINMA.
- Sound knowledge of M365 services, their dependencies and configuration options.
- Microsoft 365 Certificate Enterprise Administrator
