A Medical Device Company in Switzerland is searching for a; Technical Support Engineer HF/FH (w/m/d) [ Permanent Position ]Tasks:
-
Cross-departmental cooperation with: Regulatory Affairs, Vigilance, Product Care, R&D etc. -
Participation in the project team and representation of the technical support aspects -
Support of the clients international distributors in technical matters -
Recording and processing of customer complaints -
Initialization of knowledge bases -
Implementation of customer training
Conditions:
-
Technical apprenticeship, preferably in electronics or multimedia electronics -
Completed degree in a relevant area (electrical engineering / computer science technician HF / FH) -
Solution-oriented way of working -
Enjoy analyzing the causes of errors -
Flair for communication with various stakeholders -
Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
