HR Coordinator (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Coordinate and manage HR projects related to Switzerland and EMEA with relevant stakeholders
- Deliver information sessions to employees and People Managers on projects, people related processes and solutions
- Coordinate People & Organisation communications activities across Switzerland and EMEA
- Support Change Management topics and work closely together with other project team members
- Support development and implementation of the regional People & Organisation Plan; and implementation of assigned projects and processes, across the region of EMEA
- Support People & Organisation Advisors in the daily business in terms of local policies, procedures, legislation and company agreements in Switzerland; cooperate with country People & Organisation on local cases, when required
- Support key processes like Budgeting, Learning & Development and Reward & Recognition in close collaboration with People & Organisation Advisors
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of People & Organisation systems and practices – identify issues, propose, develop & implement solutions, across the region
Main qualifications
- Ideally you will have a Master or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (HR, Business Administration, Project Management, or similar)
- Professional trainings in HR are an asset
- First working experience in general HR functions and/or project management in a multi-national company, in a similar operating model
- Very good stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in German and English, verbally and written
