Beschreibung

For our key end user client in Zurich, Switzerland we are urgently looking for a SAP HCM - Pay roll consultant.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the SAP payroll process and accounting support functions of several international offices in EMEA area.

Experience Requirements:

Minimum of 3 Yrs. Professional experience in accounting and payroll (particularly with 3rd party Provider)
Strong know-how in SAP HCM
Proficient Excel Skills
Commercial education with further training in finance and accounting
Fluency in English additional languages are beneficial

Project Information
Duration: 6 months + possible extension

Start Date: ASAP

Payroll Processing: Collect and provide external provider with required information regarding monthly payroll calculation, act as 1st level support for payroll related questions

Accounting: perform Month end close activities, such as preparation of payroll journal entries, preparation of balance sheet account, reconciliation, support of head payroll with internal and external auditor requests, and consolidate global payroll reports and internal check lists.

Project Management: Set up, implement and document for the international payroll team, roll-out centralized payroll responsibility for other location
