For a six months project at our banking client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

German speaking IT Requirements Engineer for Banking Advisor Application (3206)

This role is embedded in a project of a digital banking advisor application running on desktops, tablets and mobiles. The successful candidate will analyse and document business requirements from business representatives and stakeholders.

Your qualifications:

- Able to act between the business community and the software development team
- Manage requirements through the entire software development life cycle
- Interviewing skills, to talk with individuals and groups about their needs
- Experience in GUI design and also technical back end service description (interfaces et al.)
- Listening and analytical skills, to understand and decompose high-level information into details
- Management skills, to lead requirements workshops
- Writing and modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms
- Good interpersonal skills
- 5+ years experiences in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Degree in IT (Bachelor or Master) or in Business Engineering with IT affinity
- German (business fluent) and English (fluent) spoken and written

Main responsibilities:

- Analyze and document business requirements
- Write IT requirements on behalf of the application development team
- Manage requirement gathering and change process (version control, sign off meetings etc.)
- Responsibility for the requirements engineering process
- Mediator between business stakeholders and IT team
- Use of industry standards (like use cases, UML, flow charts, state diagrams etc.)
- Support the test manager in setting up test cases on the requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulations, policies and further obligations
