PMO/Project Support - Training & Development - Finance
As a large employer in Switzerland our client has a large in-take of new employees each year. To run, manage and co-ordinate their graduate training program, they are looking for a PMO with strong coordination and communication skills.
Main responsibilities
- Liaise with new graduates and introduce the Training & Development Program
- Co-ordinate between stakeholders including line-managers, graduates, vendors and HR
- Track progress of graduates and undertake assessment and feedback of the program
- Coordinate between the different training modules
Main requirements
- 5+ years experience in a Project Support/PMO/Co-ordination function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German
- Experience in working in a large international environment
