SAP Support Pack (SP/EhP/Upgrade/Basis) Deployment Coordinator - Switzerland!

- Service management (freeze) processes
- SAP project (SP/EhP/Upgrade) experience
- Ideally SAP Basis experience
- SAP Support Packs and the deployment methods (SUM, NZDT, zDM) knowledge
- Good understanding of SPAU/SPDD
- Solid organizational and time management skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- ITIL certification helpful
- Project Management knowledge (PMP/PRINCE2) helpful
Interesting role managing the deployment and related activities to implement SAP Support and Enhancement Packages at this global, household name FMCG, famed for its investment in cutting edge SAP technology. You will be working on the quality of the deployment, delivery of the agreed scope on to the different environments on the systems in scope, and working across the various support teams (SAP Basis, SAP HEC Operations Center). You will need e xperience of managing the deployment of complex and integrated solutions, some project management and of working with virtual and offshore teams.
Initially until the end of 2015 (budget year end), we are informed there is every opportunity for this role to continue until the end of 2016 and beyond.
Please note we are only able to consider applications from EU or Swiss passport/permit holders for this role. Based in the French speaking part of Switzerland near cheap international travel hubs (and the slopes!), and being paid in the most stable currency (Swiss Francs) in the world, you will be fully assisted for the duration of your assignment (relocation, work permit, insurances, taxation etc) by our Swiss office - real local support on your doorstep!
