Project Manager - IT
Project Manager - IT who focuses on the portfolio governance for the Change the Bank portfolios across business divisions. The role involves working closely with senior managers within IT, the divisional governance committees, finance and the portfolio communities to provide support and control for the business, and IT streams for an international bank in Zurich.
Your tasks:
- Proactive ongoing process improvement/optimisation for portfolio management & governance
- Working with portfolio managers across the business divisions and IT to gather requirements and consolidate feedback to group wide governance proposals.
- Ensuring compliance with the Investment Governance mandates and policies
- Performing and coordinating quality assurance and control checks across the CTB portfolio
- Supplying high quality, timely materials, including analysis of program status and financial data to meet planned and ad-hoc requirements of Account Managers and key Investment Governance stakeholders
- Implementation and maintenance of fit for purpose and robust program management processes, ensuring that these are aligned to Group-wide principles
Your experience/skills:
- Minimum of 5 years project manager experience
- Know how of general project management administration of at least 4 years
