PMO sought by our client, a major pharmaceutical company. This person will be supporting a crucial hardware diagnostics project
- Guides and coordinates preparation of project milestones making sure documents are updated and completed by the responsible authors.
- Facilitates project related meetings by setting agendas, creating minutes and following up on action items.
- Creation of regular project reports
- Support as required project planning activities.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of PMO experience
- SCRUM/Agile experience is a plus
- Experience with MS-Project and the MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Diagnostics experience would be an asset
