CRM Deployment Project Manager Switzerland. Our client is a major international organisation and is currently looking for a CRM Deployment Project Manager to ensure the central change management processes with internal stakeholders and business partners.
With a strong CRM technical and functional background, you will act as the Single point of contact in the CRM team covering campaign management, call center support and central database.
You will be responsible for ensuring the Change & Release Management processes are known and applied throughout the CRM team and that the impact on current processes are evaluated and managed with business teams.
You will also ensure that Change Requests are of the agreed quality throughout the life cycle, as well as monitoring and controlling them and submit Changes to Change Approval Board and report on the priorities agreed.
With a strong project management and budget management background, you will drive the project from initiation until closure with the various business and technical areas. As such, you will have strong backgrounds working on technical and business-side projects with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders from both.
You will be expected to have business knowledge and experience specialising in CRM technologies, ideally Salesforce Cloud or Adobe Campaign/Neolane as well as best practices and processes; ability to put technologies into context/link business needs to applications and technologies.
Your key influence in this project will be the ability to assess the impact of new technology releases and associated process changes on the business areas and ensure the smooth transition and change process with internal stakeholders.
