For a project at our bank client here in Zurich we are looking for an experiencedProject/Program Manager with a Background in Credit Risk (2803)
The pace of change within financial services is at an unprecedented level across the industry and from all jurisdictions. An assessment of the current state and future goals has led to a number of key new program and project roles within the Credit Risk Office who will be leading the overall change.
As Project Manager, you are responsible for defining, leading and managing the delivery of large and complex change projects and initiatives for your program.
Key deliverables/responsibilities of the role:
Drive overall risk delivery stream with in front to back program
Manage off-shore BA and testing team
Attend weekly governance calls (design, working group, control etc.)
Allocate resources and oversee analysis tasks
Report status to various governance committees
Manage monthly budget submission
Resolve interdepartmental analysis issues
Drive design, documentation, change request sign-off
Senior stakeholders management
Manage project materials; look at project plans, risks, issues management tools
Provide guidance and recommendations when required
Propose new initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the programme
Ensure deliverables meet required quality standards
Develop and maintain a Communications Plan
Produce progress and other management report
Job Qualifications:
Several years of relevant work experience in Credit Risk department and as a project manager
Good understanding of risk and finance functions within the financial sector
Experience in banking or finance industry
Project management education and certificate (PMI or IPMA)
Strong interpersonal skills that enable building effective working relationships and partnership across different divisions, functions levels and cultures
