For a project at our insurance client here in Zurich we are looking for aSAP Business Objects Specialist (2777)
SAP BusinessObjects professionals design, implement and deploy SAP business intelligence solutions (applicants and technologies which are used to gather, provide access to, and analyse data and information about company operations) for end-to-end data warehousing and analytics.
Job Responsibilities
• Supervising process and functional design activities
• Creating functional requirements as an input to application design
• Developing and testing detailed functional designs for business solution components and prototypes
• Performing/supervising application build, test, and deploy activities
• Planning and executing data conversion activities (e.g., test data)
• Driving test planning and execution
• Training of internal staff on the SAP Business Objects Toolset
Qualifications
• Must have a solid foundation of experience in SAP BusinessObjects XI3.0 or above with multiple client/project exposure
• Ability to multitask on various projects/clients at the same time
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• Excellent communication skills
Asset Qualifications
• 2-5 years of IT consulting experience
• Insurance experience is an advantage
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Business Objects implementation (SAP or other)
• Experience in SAP BusinessObjects Frontend tools, specifically Xcelsius, Web Intelligence, Crystal and Universe designer
• Experience in SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise Installation, sizing and best practice
• Experience in Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in SAP Data Services
