For our international banking client, Swisslinx are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer with experience working in investment banking for a challenging new 6 month contract in Zurich.
Senior IT Business Analyst/Requirement Engineer, Investment Banking, (Contract, Zurich)
In this exciting new contract role, you will be acting as the interface between IT and the business. Your duties will include the following:
- Work in a team to develop sustainable state of the art solutions that drive Structured Products business forward
- Deliver first grade business value by implementing adequate solutions in an agile, cost-efficient and goal focused manner
- Help the business to optimize existing and new processes and define creative and smooth new ways of increasing returns in a challenging environment
- Analyse all currently used tools by Product Control/Risk/Midoffice
- Lead or part lead projects
In order to be considered for this position, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Several years experience as an IT Business Analyst/Engineer in a banking environment or for a reputable consulting firm
- Knowledge of OTC Derivatives, Front Office business processes, Middle Office Operations business processes, Payments and Accounting hugely advantageous
- Knowhow of Murex beneficial
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
- German is advantageous
