Solution Architect with profound Legacy systems knowledge wanted for our Zürich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- University degree in a technical area such as computer science, computer engineer or a related subject area, MBA or other related advanced degree are advantageous
- 10+ years' experience in maintaining and improving Legacy systems with complex dependencies
- Expertise in providing technical leadership, mentoring on software engineering design, ensuring development, and new frameworks technical options to leads and clients
- Work experience with driving technical planning and solutions for small software portfolio, including development management of software designs
- Profound Knowledge of Technical Stack of the Online Banking of the company as well as Security & Oauth 2.0
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Designing and developing SOA-based solutions using best practices and formal methodologies
- Performing evaluations of products and solutions by making rational decisions from business and technical views and communicate recommendations
- Directing the execution of duties and participating in capturing and validating actual capabilities in order to determine functional baseline
- Participating in the strategic analysis in order to identify critical mission gaps in redundancies or dependencies ensuring the execution of IT-enabled business solutions
- Building strategic technology roadmaps based on mission needs, by studying, testing and in the end providing input to the operational architecture aspects
