ePlatform Specialist - Internet/Web Systems Administrator wanted for our Lausanne based client in the food industry.
Your experience/skills:
- EPF Graduate or recognized equivalent education as IT Engineer
- Expertise in application development life cycle and complex IT architectures including architecture integration and SOA
- Background in OO programming including design patterns and frameworks as well as familiarity with Java Enterprise on Linux including Jenkins and Git
- Profound knowledge on Middleware Tomcat, load balancing, Hybris (6.0 and higher), Puppet HA Proxy and basic knowledge of Oracle database technologies
- Extensive experience with Linux containing Redhat (7.0 and higher), including command line usage and Shell Scripting as well as Linux/Redhat system administration
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Collaborating with infrastructure and development teams, managing the Middleware infrastructure including application Servers, enterprise service bus and load balancer
- Provisioning and preparing new environments and deploying Middleware applications
- Develop and administer Puppet modules
- Managing and monitoring the Middleware infrastructure and applications support
- Installing, configuring and maintaining Tomcat configuration and creating or updating Shell Scripts
- Providing systems unavailability and freeze troubleshooting as well as technical-functional problem solving
- Documenting the deployed applications and maintaining the cartography of the Middleware platform
