One of our client is looking for a Voice Ops to join their team in Zurich.
What you'll be doing...
* Planning, design, configuration, implementation, operation and optimisation of UC technologies. This will include remote or on-site work.
* A strong background (5+ years) in, and hands on design and delivery of, UCC solutions using one or more of the following manufacturer technology sets:
o Cisco
Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)
Cloud Collaboration
Unity & Unity Connection
Expressway
Unified Border Element (CUBE)
Unified Contact Centre Express (UCCX)
Unified Contact Centre Enterprise (UCCE)
o Microsoft
Lync
* This role would suit someone experienced in detailed hands on technical design and delivery and looking to advance their consulting skills and capabilities, leading consulting engagements and team installations while still maintaining detailed practical hands-on delivery experience.
