Then we are looking for someone like you to design and develop efficiency & automation applications in the Compliance & Operational Risk Control IT organization in Switzerland.
You will be contributing by:
- Driving architecture, standards and guidelines for efficiency & automation initiatives
- Developing applications & features front-to-back in an agile environment
- Driving and further optimizing the continuous integration and deployment processes
- Overseeing infrastructure provisioning and the hardware inventory
- Working closely with and advising Business Analysts, Testers and Management on technical mattes
Your team:
You'll be working in the Compliance & Operational Risk Control CTO team, based in Switzerland. Our broader role is to govern architecture and solution design, define technology strategy across the domain, drive technology innovation, and manage new efficiency and automation initiatives with our business. We are a global function supporting internal clients throughout the world.
You have:
- Significant experience as a full stack developer in a multi-project environment with globally distributed teams
- Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture, Microservices and Web Services, to Continuous Deployment, Agile methodologies & DevOps
- Strong database, data modelling, and data analysis skills
- Methodology knowhow on how to ensure that project deliverables meet industry best practices
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills (you know how to figure things out)
- Understanding of a broad range of platforms, technologies and tools, specifically
- Java, Linux, Oracle, GitHub, Nexus, TeamCity, IntelliJ, Jira, Confluence, UNIX/Linux Scripting, HTML5, JavaScript, Python
- The ability to interpret a set of requirements (you know what they really want)
- Well-developed business communication skills - both written and verbal
- Financials services IT background
