For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zug, we are looking to staff a Senior Global Recruiter to start on 01 Oct, 2018Job Description
• Search, select and hire new employees to meet current and future business needs
• Manage and coordinate the recruitment process incl. budget and timelines, reporting, level of service, candidate experience according to minimum standards and agreed KPI
• Handle candidate workflow in compliance with our e-recruitment system
• Be knowledgeable in using a variety of sourcing and selection tools and identify preferred recruitment strategies together with the hiring manager
Must Haves
• University degree or a higher degree
• Successful track record in recruitment in a global environment, desirable in the life sciences industry or executive search company (5 years +)
• Experience with recruitment processes and tools, proficiency in applying sourcing and selection methods
• English and German (proficient)
Nice to Haves
• MedTech experience
