For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zug, we are looking to staff a Program Manager to start on 02 Jul, 2018Job Description
• Responsible for delivering an IT program across different business units with high complexity and risk
• Manage and drive overall program plan, roadmap and timelines
• Schedule, plan and facilitate sprint planning events on program level
• Manage and engage global stakeholders to ensure support, business readiness and change management
• Preparation of key supporting documents within the program
• Successfully providing business solutions by implementing technical and/or process solutions through effective planning and predictable execution with Agile methodology and/or SAFE framework
Must Haves
• University Degree, or a minimum of the equivalent of 8+ years related experience
• Experience with development tool chain solutions, such as TFS, Jenkins, etc.
• Work experience in validated environment, ideally in the health care industry
• Excellent communication, leadership and risk management skills
Nice to Haves
• PMI PMP / PROSCI certification or equivalent preferred
