For a one month project at our client site in Reinach, we are looking for an experiencedService Desk and onsite support Technician (5415)
In this role you will be responsible in providing a high quality service desk first line telephone support service. As part of the Service Desk team, you will be responsible for responding to all customer and user contact with the helpdesk and to accurately record and track calls with the proper support teams.
Your Skills:
• Experience as an Onsite Support Technician
• 3+ years in MS Windows and MS Office 365, Active Directory maintenance, PC hardware, peripherals, printers, networking
• Client PC connectivity – Ethernet, TCP/IP and VPN, File server knowledge
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and coordination skills
• Customer oriented personality
• Fluent in English and German, both written and oral
About the Role:
• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
• Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
• Troubleshooting system and basic network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Setting up new users‘ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
