Our client, a well-known global bank, is looking for a Junior Programme Manager for an initial 12 month contract, with a high possibility of extension.
The bank aims to consistently run a professional development programme for recent MBA graduates joining the Wealth Management division in the bank. This 3-year programme will support employees by providing customised training sessions to help them improve in their area. You will be responsible for planning and implementing training initiatives, undertake programme management tasks, and communicate with senior stakeholders.
You should have 1-2 years' experience with a background in programme management, ideally in training or event management. You must speak fluent English and German. Any experience in a large, international organisation is also a substantial asset.
