For our Client, an international bank based in Zurich, we atre looking for a
System Engineer
Location: Zurich
Duration: 6 months
Workload: 100%

We're looking for someone like that who can and has:
. Experience on complex global email messaging services
. Experience of Microsoft Exchange Server 2010+ (2016) & Outlook 2010+ (2016) Technologies
. Provide detailed design, installation and support documentation, in conjunction with the Service Operations team and other related business streams.
. Work to strict deadlines and provide weekly progress updates, highlighting any potential risks and issues.
. Experience with Linux and related Scripting languages, together with a knowledge of SMTP/Postfix is desired.
. Experience of integration of business workflow applications into Exchange & Outlook is desired
. Write technical design and configuration documentations to support all integrated products
. Perform root cause analysis on incident and problem tickets (4th level)
. Liaise with vendors and technical teams to resolve problems
. Analyse service performance to ensure solutions do not impact production systems
. Be self-driven and work effectively in a high demand team & projects
Your team:
You'll be working as part of the global in Messaging Engineering team, committed to designing and delivering a modern, effective and fast developing corporate email & business critical solution.
Your experience and skills:
. Good knowledge and experience in engineering email solutions with SMTP/Postfix, MS Microsoft Exchange Server, MS Outlook, Archiving, DLP and business applications
. ASP.NET developer skills, with the ability to analyse existing Legacy processes and provide replacement solutions, including database integration where necessary.
. Other required skills would include; Windows server, Active Directory.
. Some understanding of programming concepts, Powershell and Scripting skills for automating administrative tasks
. Good report-writing and documentation skills, good verbal communication skills
. Strong troubleshooting ability with extensive hands-on IT support experience, both Back End and user-facing. Able to generate options and recommend solutions which are logical reasonable and realistic.
. Ability to challenge the status quo and to generate new ideas and creative approaches.
. Able to develop and manage clear and realistic action plans to accomplish given objectives.
