Prologics Firestart SME Responsibilities:
- Design IT Processes and Workflow implementation using Prologics Firestart including:
- Migration of existing IT Processes (in Visio) into a BPNM notation in Firestart
- Optimization of the process flows
- Underpinning the processes with workflows to enhance automation
- Work with business and operations teams proactively & effectively
Prologics Firestart SME Skills:
- 5+ years of IT experience
- Expertise in BPNM (preferably with certification)
- Expertise in Prologics Firestart
- Expert in Microsoft Visio and Sharepoint
- Excellent communication skills (English)
- Experience in Cards domain (financial services) highly preferred
