For one of our clients in Zurich we are looking for a Telecom Engineer
Duration: 12 months (with the possibility of an extension)
Your tasks:
- Supporting the Unified Communications project
- Implementing changes (Soft-MAC) within Cisco CUCM
- 2nd and 3rd Level Support for Voice and Voice recording
- Perform Firmware-Upgrades on Voice Gateways and IP Telephony
- Testing new functionalities of VoIP and Voice recording solutions
- Maintenance of the support process and tools for the domain Voice and Voice recording
- Documentation of all processes
Your profile:
- Several years' of experience within Voice and Voice recording, preferably NICE and ASC
- Good knowledge of Cisco CUCM is a must
- Work experience in an international environment
- Fluent German and English are a must
