For our client, a globally active firm headquartered in CH - Zug, we are looking to staff a Expert Assistant to start on 01 Mar, 2018Job Description
• Provide general administrative support to the Department
• Travel organization
• Time Management
• Training Management / records management: point of contact for complex inquiries, statistics preparation, electronic and physical filing and documentation
• Administrative organization of on- and off-boarding in collaboration with line managers, HR and employees
• Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings
• Keep databases up-to-date
• Maintenance and ordering of equipment and office supplies
• Various administrative tasks
• Support team members in expatriate matters
Must Haves
• Solid educational background and at least 5 years experience of having worked in a similar position in an international environment
• Excellent skills in MS Office, preferably pre-knowledge in SAP and G Suite (Gmail, GCal, GDocs etc.)
• Ability to interact with internal and external contacts on all hierarchical levels
• Efficient and independent working style
• Ability for multitasking and handling of pressure with a positive attitude
• Excellent language skills, both written and verbal in English and German
Contract Type: Contract – w/m
Start Date: 01 Mar, 2018 or by agreement
Duration: 12 Months with extension
