Audio Visual Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor degree in relevant area of studies
- In-depth knowledge of Audio/Visual technologies as well as products like RealPlayer, Appspace, IPTV, Polycom and Crestron
- Working experience with Linux and Windows Server environments and data networking
- Strong understanding of enterprise unified communication and collaboration solutions, including Polycom, Skype, Cisco
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Implementing service support model and design built upon standard Audio/Visual Room solutions
- Performing and supporting integral and factory tests along with the documentation
- Collaborating with suppliers and vendors in compliance with know-how of industry trends
- Identifying and fixing risk issues related to the delivery of the service and maintaining relevant escalation support
- Collaborating with the network services team, that is liable for operation and implementation of networks, multimedia and voice
