Support L1-2 with experience in UNIX SQL ITIL WINDOWS wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years' of relevant working experience within IT
- ITIL certification or good understanding of the ITIL framework
- Experience with Windows, UNIX and SQL
- SQL querying (Oracle, Microsoft SQL)
- Windows Server knowledge (handling files, searching logs, checking processes)
Your tasks:
- Software application support mainly on Trading and Sales
- Building relationships with key stakeholders
- Escalation and Resolution of major incidents
- Driving improvements in monitoring and automation
