A global Swiss Bank is looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join the IT Securities Regulatory project team. Their role is to execute, manage and lead the required and planned book of work to achieve the committed project objectives.Workload : 100%

Tasks:
• Determine required IT business solutions and create business requirement documents, stakeholder requests and use cases.
• Assist during system specifications, development and testing phase.
• Conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, gap analysis, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews, facilitate and manage workshops.
• Support the business engineer by describing the business processes, including the organizational structures involved.
• Assist in quality control and project management.
• Identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements.
Requirements:
• Strong experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in securities settlement area.
• Profound knowledge in IT settlement systems, architecture (such as static data, swift messaging)
• Experience in complex regulatory reporting or sec. settlement efficiency projects (such as T2S, CSD regulatory projects).
• Ability to interpret and apply required gap analysis for variety of complex booking models and trade flows.
• Experience applying business analysis techniques.
• The ability to interpret a set of technical requirements.
• Knowledge of how to develop robust solutions.
• An understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability.
