Help desk Support - Level 1 & 2 wanted for our Basel based client in the financial sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Relevant working experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with support services in a Windows environment
- Ability to explain technology to a technical and non-technical audience
- Languages: fluent German and English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Issuing, packing and sending out secure passes and access cards
- Planning, executing and tracking new requests
- Partnering with experts across the organization and interacting with colleagues at all levels
- Covering Desktop Support
