Communications Services Analyst and Support Engineer wanted for our Zurich based client in the insurance sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Competency of Skype for Business voice deployments - IM, Voice and A/V Conferencing
- Know-how of global dial plan, routing, voice routing, call flows and transcoding
- Familiarity of Skype for Business call features, such as Response Groups
- Competent handling of Cisco Call Manager and Analog device support
- Languages: fluent English and German, both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing technical aspects of telecom carrier relations for the company
- Performing research and technical analysis in addition to assisting escalations and troubleshooting problems
- Conducting projects to completion with superior follow-up
- Contributing and supporting the coordination and execution of the SIP Trunking rollout
- Supporting to the ALL IP Migration Switzerland
