For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedQuantitative Analyst - R-Studio / Python (4615)
Your Qualifications:
- 7 years' experience in business analysis, portfolio optimisation, quantitative modelling or quantitative research role, preferably in a bank
- Strong IT skills, experienced in use of high-performance servers to process data and utilise machine learning algorithms in a timely manner
- Proficient use of R-Studio and/or Python software packages on data analytics / text mining
- Team player and proven ability to lead virtual teams
- Fluent in English
Your Responsibilities:
- Help drive cost and shareholder value optimisation initiatives using innovative AI and pattern recognition techniques, quantitative modelling, and large amount of granular data
- Ensure timely delivery of key tasks and milestones
- Using machine learning techniques to import, analyse and systematically identify optimisation opportunities with high model accuracy
- Identify optimization actions with multi-dimensional value drivers including demand and supply
- Use high-performance servers to process the large amount of data and to utilise machine learning algorithms in a timely manner
