For a project at our client‘s site, a pharmaceutical company based in Basel, we are looking for multipleGerman speaking Operational Quality Manager - Pharma IT (4536)
Your Qualifications:
-Several years working experience as Operational Quality Manager within pharmaceutical environment
-Good understanding of Information Governance and Management framework (IGM)
-Experience in participating in IT Security remediation activities and reviewing arising from IT Security incidents - knowhow with IT Security Risk assessments
-Previous experience in operationally providing ISRM guidance, consultation and direction to IT teams
-Fluent in English and German (oral/written)
Your Responsibilities:
-Information Inventory Management (including identification of the classification of the information types)
-Supporting completion of eClassifications and the creation of and reviews relevant IT or business function Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they meet ISRM requirements
-Takes responsibility for ensuring that validation / qualification of the IT systems is compliant with the clients quality manual and ISRM Control Framework
-ISRM exception management process (i.e. being responsible for approving exceptions within the TechOps Site organisation)
-Responsibility for ensuring Information and IT Risk Management.is robustly implemented
-Support and facilitation of both internal audits and assessments related to IT compliance, information / IT Security and Information Management and in addition external health care audits and customer audits where applicable
-Ensures that key aspects of the Global ISRM strategy and key ISRM communication get communicated and distributed within the TechOps Site organisation of our end-client
