For a project at our logistics client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

German speaking Technical Expert - Oracle Cloud (4477)

Your Qualifications:

- 8+ years experience as Technical Expert or in a similar position within international companies
- Strong Oracle Cloud knowledge, experience with other Cloud Platforms is a plus
- Experience in working with Customer on-site in gathering Requirements and configuring the product
- Experience in preparing functional documents in German and conducting User Trainings
- Experience in coordinating an Offshore Team (in English) for integration, reporting and customization work
- Fluent in English and German (oral/written)

Your Responsibilities:

- Act as the Oracle Cloud expert and 1st responder at the client site
- Provide support and resolution for complex technical issues, specifically as it relates to requirements gathering and implementation
- Manage technical issues from their inception through to completion
- Work with Cloud vendors, as necessary, to escalate issues, when necessary, and coordinate fixes
- Install, configure, administer, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure
