Requirements:
-Minimum 07+ Years of Experience as a Project Manager
-Very good understanding of IT infrastructure.
-Good Experience with data migrations, ideally into a CMDB
-Technical interfaces to TIS specific tools
-Reports for SLA reporting and service invoicing
-Release & Test Management Experience
-Testing of Service -Update
of TIS SOPs, WIs and Other documentation affected by new global processes and the migration to ServiceNow
Nice to have:
-Knowledge of ServiceNow tool would be of value
Education:
-Higher Education, such as Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Bsc or similar
Languages:
-Fluent in English
-Fluent in German or French.
