For a long term project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experiencedSenior BI Developer - SSIS / SSRS (4354)
We are looking for a motivated senior .NET / C# / SQL middle tier and DB developer with extensive in-house development experience of trading applications.
Your Qualifications:
-Very familiar with DB design, SQL, including SQL Server 2008 or above
-Extensive knowledge and experience using SSIS and SSRS
-Strong experience with DB / SQL Query optimization
-Good knowledge and experience using SSAS
-Experience designing reports to complex requirements using SSRS and Power Builder or similar tool
-Strong analytic and problem solving skills, flexible on moving targets
-Previous experience in the Finance / Insurance industries (ideally within Trading / Portfolio Management)
-Experience in core C# 4.0 or above is a big plus
-Excellent communication skills with a positive and proactive team attitude
-Fluent in English, German is beneficial
Your Responsibilities:
-Analysis and Design of Reporting databases and Infrastructure to support BI reporting (including Cubes if needed)
-Analysis and Design of ETL processes including SSIS for loading data into the Reporting databases and/or Cubes
-Designing and Building Reports using SSRS/Power Build as required by the business
-Working independently and as part of a small team in an agile environment, under the guidance of the tech lead
-Understanding the business reporting specifications, converting requirements into technical solutions
-Supporting the Production reporting environment and the end-users
