Your Skills
- Checkpoint Firewall & Endpoint Security knowledge
- Cisco based converged network infrastructure knowledge and experience
- Broad IP F5 Load balancer knowledge
- Project and Change Management experience
- Experience in Vendor Management and Budget Control
- Monitoring (preferred Cisco Prime, Microsoft System Centre, SCOM and/or Nagios (Linux)
- Desirable: experience with outsource service provider management and/or customer management
- University degree in computer science or related qualification
Your Tasks
- Works as a member of a team whose primary responsibilities include to the design, implementation and maintain a secure, reliable converged network infrastructure.
- Principal Accountabilities: Infrastructure Services, Change/Project Management, Vendor Management
- Ensures best practice implementation of core server, networking and infrastructure application technologies
- Broad understanding of IT best practice, ITIL fundamentals and their application in a business environment
- Leads (tests, coordinates and implements) changes related to new releases or design changes to the environment, in cooperation with other internal teams and external service providers
- Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive customer and service orientation
- Strong communications skills to enable delivery of clear communication to different audiences, to manage customer expectations and service partner deliverables
