Square One are urgently looking for a Service Manager for a 5 month project with a prestigious client based in Zurich.
Required Skills & Experience:
IT service management based on ITIL v3 (certification preferred)
Infrastructure architecture (including, but not limited to, Microsoft, Linux, EMC, Cisco technologies)
ITIL v3 service life cycle (strategy, design, transformation, operation, and CSI)
ITIL v3 process landscape (all life cycle phases)
Wide and deep experience with managed infrastructure service contracts and suppliers
