Service Desk/End-User engineer
Service Desk/End-User engineer. One of my clients is urgently looking for a Service Desk/End-User engineer with German/French and English language for a 6-8 month extendable contract in Zurich with occasional travels to Siggenthal and Holderbank. The Service Desk/End-User engineer will perform Site Surveys (people/phones, Networks WAN/LAN) and document on Templates, VoIP deployment as designed and replace all Legacy phones/Lines, Change Management, Document Assets and Decommission Legacy phones and PBX.
The Service Desk/End-User engineer requirements:
- Experienced friendly Service Desk/End-User engineer to be able to talk to End- and VIP- users
- Able to gather VoIP requirements, telephony features
- Able to Lead Electricians (if required)
- Experienced in producing high quality documentation (Word, Excel, Visio)
- Networking Skills (Cabling, Switches, Routers, LAN, WAN; not configurations, more understanding architecture)
- Experienced in Cisco VoIP deployment (Handphone, Softphone, ATA, PSTN provider, CUCM, Number portability),
- (daily) Travel required from Base Location
