Trust Administrator with profound View Point and MS Office knowledge wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- 3+ years of experience in the Trust Business
- STEP qualified or in process
- Profound knowledge of MS Office
- Solid knowledge of trust companies' specific databases such as View Point
- Organised and structured with very good communication skills
- Proactive and solution focused approach to work
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, knowledge of other language is an advantage
Your tasks:
Active administrative support to the Trust Officers in the set up and closing of structures, ie:
- Opening and closing mandates in the data system known as ViewPoint
- Opening of bank accounts and physical files
- Preparation of checklists
- Preparing payment instructions and resolutions
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Support Trust Officers in their respective project work
