For a six month project at our insurance client in Zurich we are looking for aGerman speaking Requirements Engineer - Data Analysis (4275)
In this role you will lead and/or complete the elicitation of Business Requirement and their translation into Solution Requirements to ensure their implementation throughout the project life cycle. This role will generally involve the management of other Business Analysts to deliver the required deliverable OR will be a more technical role delivering multiple Requirements as part of a moderate to large/high risk independent project.
Your Qualifications:
-7+years of experience as a IT BA/RE including 4+ years within moderate Risk Projects, with a proven track record, preferably in the insurance sector
-Strong data analysis skills on external feeds
-Describes as-is/to-be models as part of the requirements elicitation process ie; process, data, workflow and application
-Supports project manager in building Business Case, including cost / benefit analysis, risk assessment, project scope and development of a high level plan
-Produces Requirement Specifications and outline Solution Design Documents throughout the Project Lifecycle, incorporating Change Requests and finalization of Requirements Documentation
-Analyzes and manages Requirement Risk, Traceability Matrix and prioritizes Requirements
-Supports development of test plan, testing, implementation and training activities
-Fluent in English and German (oral/written)
The BA / RE activities are all part of Risk Engineering, Policy & Claims and International Corporate solutions. The ideal candidate will integrate his skills into those domains. Start date is mid April (latest).
Your Responsibilities:
-Help prioritize requirements and manage product backlog, performs testing and supports SMEs and project owners in the organisation of UAT tests
-Establishing and maintaining appropriate communication and engagement with stakeholders
-Balancing the competing constraints of business need, services, technology and quality to produce the specified product, service or result with minimal change requests required
