Lead Sharepoint Farm Administrator wanted for one of our Basel based clients in the banking sector.
Your experience/skills:
- Several years of experience in the administration of Sharepoint Farm 2013 including designing, provisioning and multi-farm scenarios
- Very solid knowledge of Powershell (management of remoting) and infrastructures
- Extensive experience with Sharepoint Migration tools, Sharepoint Content Deployment, Kerberos, Sharepoint App
- Expertise in implementing High-Availability and Disaster Recovery solutions, Network Load Balancing
- Nice to have: Documentum, BI technologies for Sharepoint, Sharepoint Workflow Manager and knowledge in Workflow rollout, Permission Management tools for Sharepoint?
- Designed and built Sharpoint Farms perviosly
- Languages: fluent in English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Hands-on administration of the Sharepoint Farm including updating, upgrading, patching on premises SharePoint 2013 farms, ideally without using 3rd party tools
- Candidates have to disign and build their own Sharepoin Farms
- Synchronising service applications across farms, synchronizing content from Legacy systems
- Can synchronise and migrate content
- Maintaining the Server (identification, impact analysis and scheduled deployment of patches; service packs, cumulative updates etc.) via monitoring and reporting
- Responsible for Sharepoint security, analysing and reporting on SharePoint usage
