Project Manager Tender Management

We are currently looking for a Consultant for a project involving the selection of a 3rd party provider of primary investment Equity and Fixed Income (incl. Issuer and Bonds) research products for distribution to private banking clients globally. We are looking for a Contractor/Consultant acting as Project Manager.
Start date is ASAP.
The project length is 12 months.
Work load: 80-100%
Tasks
- Collect and analyse business requirements for RFI/RFP process
- Drive RFI/RFP process and provider decision
- Support contract negotiation
- Closely liaise with key stakeholders in front units, Investment Management, Trading/Markets and within Advisory Solutions
- Definition of related governance and processes
- Actively supporting IT implementation
- Assist in the preparation of training and support material
Requirements
- Several years working experience in a similar role
- PREVIOUS AND RECENT PROJECT EXPERIENCE IN A TIER1 BANK/FINANCIAL INSTITUTE IS A PREREQUISITE!
- Solid knowledge of the Wealth Management domain: products, research, investment & advisory processes, product suitability, regulatory (MIFID II & MAR), compliance, risk management, valuation concepts
- Able to document business governance and processes
- High degree of familiarity with projects in a global context (multiple locations, cross-cultural teams)
- Proven negotiation skills
- Able to present/articulate
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Fluency in English (written & spoken), German is a strong asset
