On behalf of our client, a leading bank in Zürich, we are looking for a Relationship Management Support with strong MS Office skills.
For this contract position based in Zurich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company then please have a look at the details:
Role:
- Deal effectively with requests from the Relationship Managers and Advisors
- Accessing the internal platform and importing the requested documentation
- Keeping the request log and managing the request interface
- Evaluating the log and usage statistics against defined parameters
Skills required:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
- Dealing with customer requests effectively as a customer interface
- Understanding of Investment Advisory Business and workflow
- Fluent in English and German
